The sushi at Ninja is amazing! They can do everything from traditional Japanese fare to Japanese/Cajun fusion. One of the most innovative menus I've ever seen. The Wait staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend sitting at the bar as the service at tables (as in most sushi restaurants) can be slow (when sitting at a table the food comes when EVERYTHING has been made, at the bar each roll comes as it is finished). The sushi chefs are friendly and they definitely know their regulars. There are very reasonably priced items on the menu and also some pricier items, but the price is about the same as the other sushi bars in town. I have had sushi in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, etc and Ninja is hands down the best I've ever had... full review
